Only after the winner racks the pot you can move the cards of other players. You can touch or move the cards of other gamblers only if they permit it. Put your cards face down and put a chip on them. In this case you can be sure that your cards are safe. The dealer has to offer a cut of the deck to the player to his right. The player can cut the deck himself or let the player to his right do it.
