All bets made by all players go in a pile of chips in the center of the table, called the pot. The object of the game is to win the pot. The pot can be won in two different ways. After all bets are in, all players that are still in show their hands. The winner is the player with the strongest hand. If one of the players make a bet, which is not met by other players, he wins the pot without showing his cards.
