While each poker player has their own unique playing and decision making style, there are basically only four main categories of players. All these types of players have their own techniques which can be very useful under certain circumstances. Each style is based on two attributes: Whether the player is loose and play a lot of hands or tight and play very few hands. Or the player can be either aggressive or passive. An aggressive player has the following features: he bluffs and raises while a passive player calls the bets of other players. Loose-Aggressive In fact it is the weakest category in online poker. The main feature of such a player is that he raises every time after the flop. If playing in a real casino such a strategy works against poor players and allows a player to win only small pots.
