Unlike other poker variations in Texas Holdem there are community cards, which are common for all players in the game. The community cards can be used by all players for forming hands. In Texas Holdem Poker each player receives 2 cards face down. There are five community cards, which are dealt down to the table. After the deal there is a betting round, after which three community cards are turned up. Then there is one more betting round. One more table card is flipped, followed by another round of betting. The last card is flipped, a final round if betting ensues, and finally a showdown in which players make their best hands using their two pocket cards and the table's five shared cards. The winner is the player with the highest hand. Multi-Hand Poker Game Advice.
