Only after the winner racks the pot you can move the cards of other players. You can touch or move the cards of other gamblers only if they permit it. You cards are safe if you put them face down on the table and put a chip on top of them. The dealer has to offer a cut of the deck to the player to his right. The player can cut, tap or pass the cut to the player to his right. The cards can be dealt without cutting. It is called tapping. Never answer the mobile phone during the game. It equals to folding. Don’t take your cell phone with you or turn it off. Players can’t talk to each other during the game. You can be asked to leave the casino in the case of some profanity or obscenities from you.
