A 52-card deck without Jokers is used in the game of Poker. It is pretty much a game of chance. There are a lot of skilled and experienced poker players, but when it concerns the deal of the cards there is nothing they can do. You have to read the table with the minimum and maximum bets before you play Poker. You can find this table next to the dealer. Each player makes at least the minimum bet and receives 5 cards face down. After this first deal the first round of betting starts. You have to meet the highest bet to stay in the game. It is up to the player to decide which cards he wants to keep and which to throw away. If you have good cards you can hold all of them, if you have bad cards you can throw away all of them as well.
