The winner racks the pot and only then you can move another player's cards. You must ask for a permission before touching or moving the cards of other players. You cards are safe if you put them face down on the table and put a chip on top of them. The player to the dealer’s right is offered to cut the deck. It is up to the player to decide whether to cut the deck or not. He can let another player to his right do it. The cards can be dealt without cutting. It is called tapping.
