Royal Flush consists of A, K, Q, J, 10 of the same suit. It is the highest hand. If there are no wild cards in the game Royal Flush will beat all other hands. If you play with wild cards the best hand is ‘Five of a Kind’. In most casinos wild cards aren’t used, that’s why Royal Flush is the highest card.
Straight Flush.
A combination of five sequent cards of the same suit makes Straight Flush. ‘Straight Flush’ beats ‘Four of a Kind’ and any lower hand. In the case of several Straight Flushes at the table the card rank of the winning hands is compared. The player who has the highest head card wins. ‘Straight Flush’ beats ‘Four of a Kind’ and any lower hand.
Four of a Kind.
’Four of a Kind’ is formed of four cards of the same rank. In the case of two or more ‘Four of a Kind’ the rank of the cards is compared. He, who has the highest-ranking hand, wins. Four of a kind beats a full house or any lower hand.
Full House.
Three cards of the same rank and any pair form Full House. The rank of the three equal cards determines a winner if there are more than one Full House. The player with the highest card rank wins. ‘Full House’ beats a flush or any lower hand.
Flush.
Five cards of the same suit form a Flush. The rank of the cards doesn’t matter. If two players have Flush the rank of their cards is compared. The hand with a higher rank wins. If the highest cards from each player’s hand tie, the next-highest-ranking card determines the winner, and so on. A flush beats a straight or any lower hand.
Straight.
Five sequent cards form a Straight. The suit of the cards makes no difference. If more than one player have ‘Straight’ the rank of the cards at the head of the combination is compared. The player’ who has the highest head card is a winner. A, K, Q, J, 10 is the highest ‘Straight’. 5,4,3,2, A is the lowest ‘Straight’. ‘Straight’ beats ‘Three of a Kind’ or any lower hand.
Three of a Kind.
Three of a Kind is a combinations of three equal cards. If there are several Three of a Kind at the table the rank of the cards is compared. The player with the higher ranking card wins. Aces are the highest, twos are the lowest cards. ‘Three of a kind’ beats ‘Two pair’ or any lower hand.
Two Pair.
A combinations of two cards of the same rank and two more cards of the same rank. The hand with the highest-ranking pair wins against another hand of two pair. If the highest-ranking pair ties, the hand with the second highest-ranking pair wins. If the pairs in both hands tie, the hand with the highest-ranking fifth card wins. ‘Two pair’ beats any hand with ‘One pair’, or no pair (high card).One Pair.
Two cards of the same rank form One Pair. If there are several Pairs at the table the rank of the cards is compared. The player with the highest ranking card wins. If both hands have the same pair, the highest-ranking unmatched card in the hand determines the winner. One pair beats any hand with no pair (high card).
