Poker is played with a regular deck of 52 cards without Jokers. To play the game of Poker you will need some luck. Sure there are a lot of professional players out there but the chance is always the same for anybody to get the right cards or not. Before you sit down at a poker table make sure to read the sign next to the dealer which shows the minimum table limit. Players make their bets and then each player is dealt five cards face down. After this first deal the first round of betting starts. To stay into the game you have to make a bet equal to the highest bet made by one of the players. It is up to the player to decide which cards he wants to keep and which to throw away. All the cards can be kept and all the cards can be thrown away. The cards which were thrown away will be replaced with the same number of cards. Then there is the last deal, which is followed by the betting round. The betting round is followed by the showdown, which determines the winner. The player with the strongest hand wins the pot. First Nations Poker Advice. |
