Unlike other poker variations in Texas Holdem there are community cards, which are common for all players in the game. The community cards can be used by all players for forming hands. When playing Texas Holdem each player receives 2 cards face down. 5 more cards are dealt face down on the table. They are called community cards. When the cards are dealt players make bets and then the dealer turns up 3 community cards. Another round of betting follows. One more community cards is turned up and one more betting round follows. The last card is flipped, a final round if betting ensues, and finally a showdown in which players make their best hands using their two pocket cards and the table's five shared cards. The winner is the player with the highest hand. Draw Poker Card Ranking. |
