A, K, Q, J, 10 of the same suit form Royal Flush. Royal flush is the strongest combination in Poker. If there are no wild cards in the game Royal Flush will beat all other hands. If you play with wild cards the best hand is ‘Five of a Kind’. In most casinos wild cards aren’t used, that’s why Royal Flush is the highest card.
Straight Flush.
‘Straight Flush’ consists of five sequent cards of the same suit. ‘Straight Flush’ beats ‘Four of a Kind’ and any lower hand. If more than one player have ‘Straight Flush’ the rank of the cards is compared. The hand with the highest card wins. ‘Straight Flush’ beats ‘Four of a Kind’ and any lower hand.
Four of a Kind.
Four cards of the same value form ‘Four of a Kind’. If more than one player have ‘Four of a Kind’ the rank of the cards is compared. The player with the highest card rank is the winner. Four of a kind beats a full house or any lower hand.
Full House.
“Full House” consists of three cards of the same rank and a pair. The rank of the three equal cards determines a winner if there are more than one Full House. The player with the highest card rank wins. ‘Full House’ beats a flush or any lower hand.
Flush.
Flush consists of five cards of the same suit. Rank is of no importance. If two players have Flush the rank of their cards is compared. The hand with a higher rank wins. If the highest cards from each player’s hand tie, the next-highest-ranking card determines the winner, and so on. A flush beats a straight or any lower hand.
Straight.
Straight is formed of 5 sequent cards. The suit of the cards makes no difference. If several players have Straight, the rank of the head of the combinations is compared. The player’ who has the highest head card is a winner. A, K, Q, J, 10 is the highest ‘Straight’. 5,4,3,2, A is the lowest ‘Straight’. ‘Straight’ beats ‘Three of a Kind’ or any lower hand.
Three of a Kind.
’Three of a Kind’ consists of three equal cards. If there are several Three of a Kind at the table the rank of the cards is compared. The hand with the highest ranking card wins. Aces are the highest, twos are the lowest cards. ‘Three of a kind’ beats ‘Two pair’ or any lower hand.
Two Pair.
A combinations of two cards of the same rank and two more cards of the same rank. The hand with the highest-ranking pair wins against another hand of two pair. If the highest-ranking pair ties, the hand with the second highest-ranking pair wins. If the pairs in both hands tie, the hand with the highest-ranking fifth card wins. ‘Two pair’ beats any hand with ‘One pair’, or no pair (high card).One Pair.
One Pair is formed of two cards of the same rank. If more than one player have ‘One Pair’ the player with the highest-ranking hand wins. If players have equal rank of the Pair the rank of the unmatched card determines the winner. One pair beats any hand with no pair (high card).
