The winner racks the pot and only then you can move another player's cards. You can touch or move the cards of other gamblers only if they permit it. You cards are safe if you put them face down on the table and put a chip on top of them. The dealer has to offer a cut of the deck to the player to his right. It is up to the player to decide whether to cut the deck or not. He can let another player to his right do it. If the player doesn’t want to have the deck cut, he can tap. In this case the cards will be dealt without cutting. If you answer your mobile phone in the middle of a hand it means that you fold your hand.
