Unlike other poker variations in Texas Holdem there are community cards, which are common for all players in the game. The community cards can be used by all players for forming hands. In Texas Holdem Poker each player receives 2 cards face down. 5 more cards are dealt face down on the table. They are called community cards. A round of betting is held after the deal and three of the table cards are turned up. One more betting round follows. One more table card is flipped, followed by another round of betting. After the last betting round and the turn up of the last community card the hands of the players are compared. The winning combination can be formed from the two pocket cards and five community cards. The player with the strongest hand is the winner. Classic Texas Holdem Poker Secrets. |
