Unlike other poker variations in Texas Holdem there are community cards, which are common for all players in the game. The community cards can be used by all players for forming hands. 2 cards are dealt face down to each player in Texas Holdem. There are five community cards, which are dealt down to the table. A round of betting is held after the deal and three of the table cards are turned up. One more betting round follows. One more community cards is turned up and one more betting round follows. The last card is flipped, a final round if betting ensues, and finally a showdown in which players make their best hands using their two pocket cards and the table's five shared cards.
