The cards of other players can be moved only after the dealer racks the pot. You can touch or move the cards of other gamblers only if they permit it. Your cards will not be mixed up with others if you put them face down on the table and put a chip on them. The dealer has to offer a cut of the deck to the player to his right. The player can cut the deck himself or let the player to his right do it. If the player doesn’t want to have the deck cut, he can tap. In this case the cards will be dealt without cutting. You fold if you answer the mobile phone during the game. The cell phone has to be turned off or leave it at home. A player should not talk across a player who is involved in a hand. Profanity and obscenities are forbidden. You can’t shout in the casino. You can leave the casino anytime. Have respect for the dealer and his job. It is not the dealer’s fault if you lose.
