The game of Poker is played with a 52-card deck. Poker can be said to be a game of luck and chance. One can be a pro in Poker, but when the cards are dealt luck is the same for everybody. Before you sit down at a poker table make sure to read the sign next to the dealer which shows the minimum table limit. Each player makes at least the minimum bet and receives 5 cards face down. There is a betting round after the first deal. To stay into the game every player has to call. Afterwards you have to decide which cards you want to keep and which ones you want to throw away. If you have good cards you can hold all of them, if you have bad cards you can throw away all of them as well. You will the same number of cards instead of those you have thrown away. After the second and final deal the betting is about to start. After the final betting round there is a showdown. The hands of the players are compared.
