Only after the winner racks the pot you can move the cards of other players. You can touch or move the cards of other gamblers only if they permit it. Your cards will not be mixed up with others if you put them face down on the table and put a chip on them. The cut of the deck is offered to the player to the dealer’s right. The player can cut, tap or pass the cut to the player to his right. If the player decides to tap it means that there is no need for cutting.
